Choice is an understated necessity - especially when it comes to menstrual and sexual reproductive health. Choice means that women and girls everywhere can chart the course of their futures and reach for their dreams, confidently.

Nia pads were designed with your needs in mind- comfort, peace of mind and the freedom to be who you aspire to be.

Across the years, when we asked adolescents to write down questions on sexual and reproductive health (SRHR), their bodies, their rights, and life in general, we got the same range of questions about what is normal, how to be safe, how to deal with trauma, and more.

From over 15,000 questions we developed Nia Yetu to meet this need sustainably and at scale through partners.

Nia Yetu
Nia Yetu is the curriculum manual for partners. It was formed from best practices internationally in SRHR including the UNESCO technical guidelines for sexuality education and embeds issues of gender and power.

Nia Teen
Nia Teen is the paired curriculum that youth get, which is a textbook but reimagined as fun, engaging magazines. A new "issue" is given at the start of each new term and participants look forward to the next magazine with great excitement and share it with friends and family
